Terms and Conditions for Camera Parking Free Flow

Camera parking is an automated parking service where drivers enter and exit without stopping at barriers or payment machines. The vehicle’s license plate is automatically scanned upon entry and exit, and the parking time and fee are calculated based on the duration of stay.

The maximum allowed parking time is stated on the signs in the parking area.
Vehicles that remain beyond the permitted time or are deemed abandoned may be towed at the owner’s expense.

The driver is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is parked correctly and does not obstruct traffic or other operations.

The service provider is not liable for damage, theft, or other incidents occurring during the parking period, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Payment Terms

Parking fees are charged according to the current price list at the time of entry.

Payment can be made via the available payment methods before exiting — at a payment machine using a debit/credit card or fuel card, or via the website/MobilePay.

Payment may also be made retroactively within 72 hours after exit via the website, using Swish or a debit/credit card.

Automatic payment

By creating an account, registering the vehicle’s license plate and a payment card, parking fees can be charged automatically after each visit.

Payment via approved parking apps

If camera parking is activated in an approved parking app, it can be used for payment.

If no payment is made, an invoice will be sent to the registered vehicle owner via a third party.
